We select first-class furniture, lighting, accessories and handicrafts from around the world for you, and deliver them directly to you.

How are the products for sale on Oldera selected?Our sourcing team travels the world to discover the most extraordinary artists and designers around. We are extremely selective and choose our partners based on their exceptional skill and experience.

How often are new products added to the site?Continuously! New products are added on a daily basis. We recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our news and our editorials.

What is the difference between vintage, contemporary, and exceptional objects?Our vintage products include furniture, lighting and accessories created in the past - between the end of the 19th century and the year 2000. These items have been previously owned by someone, so they are characterized by traces of use and patina, which we believe are worthy of of celebration. Each product includes a description that is as detailed as possible, but you can always request further information from [email protected]. Our contemporary selection includes furniture, lighting, objets d'art, artefacts and new accessories, produced in the 21st century. Old Era specializes in one-of-a-kind pieces, limited editions and commissioned items that are generally handmade and conceptually challenging. Please note that our made-to-order products take several weeks to produce (once payment has been made). What are the conditions of your vintage pieces?Each product offered on Oldera has its own story. Some vintage pieces may show traces of wear due to time and previous use, such as light scratches or irregularities in the material or color. Depending on age and provenance, these marks may be more or less visible, and do not constitute defects, but are an integral part of the personal history of each piece. Old Era makes sure to describe the condition of each item as clearly as possible

How can I place an order?Once you have chosen a product, simply add it to your cart by clicking on "Add to cart". The products in the shopping cart are reserved for you only once the payment process has been successfully completed.

I have placed an order. What happens now?After placing an order, and after the payment and shipping details have been verified, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this email does not represent the conclusion of the sales contract. Once the seller has confirmed the availability of the ordered item and that the shipment has been booked, we will send you a booking confirmation email to formally accept your order. If you would like to receive an update on the status of your order or shipment, please send us an email with your order number to [email protected] We will check the status of your order for you and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I reserve products before payment?Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate all booking requests for items. As many of our products are unique, there is always the possibility that they are out of stock. Therefore we recommend that you purchase quickly to avoid disappointment.

Can I cancel an order?if you have ordered the wrong item, or have changed your mind, you can cancel the order by sending an email to [email protected]. We inform you that we do not have the possibility to cancel an order that has already been sent. Cancellations cannot be undone, but you can place a new order at any time. Payments

How are orders shipped?Oldera's customer service includes logistics specialists who coordinate the transportation and shipping of your orders. Smaller items are shipped via FedEx, UPS and DHL. All products are shipped by Express Shipping in Italy and 100% insured. You can track your shipment at any time or request assistance by contacting us at [email protected]

How long will my order take to arrive?Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. In Italy, orders arrive at their destination in 2-5 days. Within the European Union, orders arrive at their destination in 4-7 days. Outside the European Union, the products arrive at their destination in 1-4 weeks. We remind you that the sellers carry out the packaging of delicate products by hand; this attention may mean that the shipment may take slightly longer than an automated process.

How much is shipping?Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination.

If I order more than one product, will I receive them all at once?It depends. Our products are shipped from various suppliers around the world, so different items may arrive at their destination at different times.

Can I return a product purchased on Oldera?Sure! We are sure you will love all the pieces we offer. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Do you ship to my country?We currently ship via our standard and specialized forwarding partners to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain , the Czech Republic, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Austria, and the United States. If you want to buy something and your country is not on the list, ​ contact us at [email protected] and write us the name of the product you are interested in and your delivery address, and we will be happy to send you an estimate of the shipping cost within 24 hours. I have received a damaged product.

I have received a damaged product. What should I do?If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty order, we will do our best to refund 100% of your payment. Please follow this procedure: 1. Send us an email to [email protected] informing us of your wish to return the purchased product. To expedite the process we ask you to include your name and address, order number and, if possible, photographic documentation of the incorrect or damaged product. 2. Once your request has been received and approved by our customer service, we will send you a printable return shipping label. After packing the product, please contact us further to arrange the collection. We remind you that to better organize the process we need to have your telephone number. 3. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days.

After when will I be refunded?The refund will be made once the product has been returned. The customer is responsible for the safety of the packaging and return shipping. Each return must be received in its original condition. We reserve the right to deduct the amount corresponding to any damage occurring during shipment.
